Argus Warranty Page

In accordance with the Argus warranty agreement, proof of purchase is required to process warranty claims.  Please note that the warranty is only valid for the original owner in possession of a legitimate receipt from a retail store and is non-transferable to another party. Also note that warranty service does require that a $10.00 check or money order accompany your defective product for return shipping and handling.

We would recommend using a trackable shipment method such as FedEx and UPS as Argus is not responsible for any lost packages.
Once we receive this information, we will e-mail your RMA# within 24-48 hours along with instructions on how to send the defective product in for repair/replacement.  All Products sent in for warranty service must be adequately packaged.  Inadequate packaging will void the warranty.

** With replacement cameras we reserve the right to replace a camera with the same model but a different color.
